Final payment on completion at Notary, 30% of final contract figure, plus 5% IGIC and notary fees.
Alternatively with a 70% Mortgage

Monthly payments can be arranged to suit client accordingly
If the property is sold on before completion, it will incur a 6.5% government tax which has to be paid by the purchaser. A fee of 1000€ will be charged for change of documentation.
