Deposit to secure property...... 6000€ Payment on contract, 10% of final figure, plus 5% IGIC, less deposit. Payment at foundation level, 30% of final contract figure, plus 5% IGIC . Payment at roof level, 30% of final contract figure, plus 5% IGIC . Final payment on completion at Notary, 30% of final contract figure, plus 5% IGIC and notary fees.
Alternatively with a 70% Mortgage

Monthly payments can be arranged to suit client accordingly If the property is sold on before completion, it will incur a 6.5% government tax which has to be paid by the purchaser. A fee of 1000€ will be charged for change of documentation. |
